Callidus Software provides a fully trained support engineer to serve as the dedicated point of contact for product issues, ensuring a thorough understanding of business requirements, processes and environments.
The Technical Account Manager visits the customer onsite each month to ensure that all support needs are being met, and to perform routine system checks and knowledge transfer sessions. The Technical Account Manager handles all customer issues, bugs and enhancements until they are resolved, and also assists with product installs, upgrades and informal product and best practice training.
Overall, the Technical Account Manager Plan has helped cut problem resolution time for clients by up to 50 percent.
